Update from the MMHA President, Jason Plett

Hello MMHA,

The refunds are complete! Thanks to the hard work of Treasurer Jill Giesbrecht who has spent many hours of her free time figuring this all out. Thank you Jill!!
The refund pickup date will be Monday, March 8 from 7pm-9pm at the arena. Jill Giesbrecht will be there to answer any questions you may have regarding the refunds as well as collecting any outstanding balances owed as there are still some that owe money. You will have been previously sent an email if you were owing any amount. You will receive an envelope with your refund cheque, a breakdown of how it was figured out, your AGM cheque, a copy of MMHA financials and written reports from the board members about the areas they were looking after.
Coaches and Managers, Lawney Penner will be there as well to collect all the locker keys and jerseys that you have. PLEASE remember to bring them along to hand in on Monday because it adds a lot more work for the equipment manager in fall to try and collect and then redistribute.
As for pickup protocol, masks must be worn for pickup. Only one person is allowed in the arena lobby at a time. If you are waiting in line to pick up or drop off, please maintain 6′ (2 metres) between the person in front and behind you.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation!!
Jason Plett
